“From my very first phone call to Premier piling Steve was incredibly helpful and very professional with rough guide prices, timescales, and the whole process explained to me. As I searched for other quotes I was always comparing them back to Premier as I felt I would be looked after.”
“Leading up to the start date, slightly delayed due to bad weather, I was kept in the loop by Steve with when the piling team would arrive. The dates fell a bit awkward as I was going on holiday the day the equipment arrived. But during the piling works my father was overseeing things and told me the guys were prompt, clean and tidy (well as clean as you can expect from drilling large holes in the ground!!) and also very polite and professional. I returned home and awaited the ground beam team to arrive and I was lucky enough to be here for the second stage. The team who arrived were Connor Mitchel and Paul Green and they were fantastic from the minute they arrived until their last day here. There were some issues along the way but they worked closely with me and we got over them with minimal stress. Both Connor and Paul were on site when they said they would be and never left until they were happy the site was tidy and secure and that I was happy. On the final day they washed the site down cleared up everywhere and at this point I realised I had worked with the right company. The concrete pumping team were also just as good making sure no mess was left and were very efficient and professional.”
